Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase. Please ensure all shipping details are correct at this stage. If you notice any discrepancies, contact us immediately at info@grayhorsebasics.com.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
  • Order Changes/Cancellations: Once your order is processed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Shipping and Delivery

We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required.

Delivery Times (United States Only):

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5–7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2–3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Delivered within 1 business day. (Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM CST for same-day processing.)

All shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier availability.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

  • When will tracking information be available? Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier picks up your order.
  • What if I didn’t receive a tracking email? Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot locate it, email us at support@grayhorsebasics.com for assistance.

Shipping Restrictions

While we strive to ship to as many locations as possible, please note:

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Delivery may not be available to some remote areas due to carrier restrictions.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience delays or issues with your shipment. Here’s how we handle these situations:

  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
    1. Check with neighbors or your building’s front desk.
    2. Verify the shipping address on your order.
    3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking information. If you still cannot locate your package, email us at info@grayhorsebasics.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after being marked as delivered. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.
  • Delayed Packages: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen factors. If your package is delayed by more than 10 business days, please contact us for assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
