Love the details of the polo, quality seems decent for the price. But unfortunately the large is too wide in waist for the desired width and a medium would be too small for my chest. Requested steps to return for refund via chat a few days ago and never received a response. Second request was sent via email yesterday, still awaiting steps. Please provide.
